I have no clue how to use neocities i just made one because my friend made one ( His site can be found here!) and i'll ask him for advice as time goes on but for now my site is a barren waste land... which is fine.
Coding has never been my strong suit... and by that i mean i have never learned how to code, but this site basically does all the complicated stuff for me so it shouldnt be THAT bad
